Loved hearing about forgiveness and what stress can do to our bodies. Thank you for sharing with me. I just lost my husband of 57 years suddenly in June and I find myself asking why, so soon? I guess I am in the anger stage, but am going to a grief session at Transylvania Regional Hospital which is very helpful.
Molly, I am so sorry to hear of the death of your husband. You are an amazing, courageous woman, and I am touched by how much you give to our community. Loss is such a deep well of feeling – it takes enormous courage to travel the path to healing.
